If Seller Has A Maryland Title You Will Need:
1. Maryland Title signed by all sellers
2. Maryland Security Interest Filing or a Lien Release Statement, if there is a lien printed on the front of the Maryland Title.
3. Maryland Bill of Sale, if purchase price is below the book value
4. Engine Manufacturer and Horse Power
5. Driver’s License and Social Security Number
If Seller Has An Out-of-State Title You Will Need: 1. Out-of-State Title signed by all sellers
2. Security Interest Filing or Lien Release Statement, if there is a lien printed on the title
3. Bill of Sale
4. Engine Manufacturer and Horse Power
5. Driver’s License and Social Security Number
